David Goldsmith, representing the winning Waikato 75+ Men’s team at the National Teams Events held over Easter at Whangarei and Kerikeri (64 years playing Maori tennis) led the way, and not forgetting Ron Farrell (64 years in Maori Tennis) and Bob Peni (56 years in Maori Tennis) both representing Northland/Kapi Mana 70+ combined team.

Maori were well represented in this annual event, with over 35 players taking part.
