NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETNG FORAOTEAROA MĀORI TENNIS ASSOIATION INCORPORATED
This notice is to advise all members of Aotearoa Māori Tennis Association (AMTA) that a Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held on:
Date: Tuesday 24th March 2026
Time: 6pm
Where: Audio Visual Link (details to be provided closer to date on the AMTA website)
Purpose of the meeting : To approve the filing of a new Constitution for AMTA in accordance with the Incorporated Societies Act 2024.
Motions to be voted on:
Motion 1 – That the new Constitution for AMTA be adopted (a copy of which is placed on the AMTA website)
Motion 2 – That that Constitution be filed with the Companies Office.
Further business for discussion:
That we confirm at the SGM the contact person(s) for AMTA when the Constitution is filed with the Companies Office.
All valid voting will need to be by way of AVL attendance at the meeting.
